Linda - I know you're in the Senate, but do you think DFL gains in the 
House since last session should help an IRV bill pass if introduced 
this time?

Also - perhaps I've missed it in previous posts, but do we know where 
Mpls House DFLers stand on local-option IRV? Do they all support it?
