[Mpls] GOP View of Minneapolis

Let me voice a contrarian view.  Please, let the GOP keep their cartoonish view. I personally don't expect any improvement of our municipal political seasons from GOP participation.  Partly because state leadership really only allows a certain kind of Republican, the kind NRA and MCCL are enthusiastic for.  Minneapolis has enough problems without importing such stuff.
