[Mpls] Leaf Blowers

Just to complicate this issue (without resolving
anything), I seem to recall from the debates in
California about leaf blowers, that they cause
additional air pollution because they raise a
lot of dust and other particulate matter into
the air.

My pet peeve is lawn mowers, not leaf blowers,
but I don't think anyone is going to be able to
ban them soon.  Oh well. ;-)
