[Mpls] Elected officals line up to support Rybak

I have a question, who exactly is supporting Peter McLaughlin? I saw Don and 
Avonne Fraiser on his mailing, but besides them I can't figure out really 
anyone who is supporting him. Most elected officals seem to be supporting 
R.T., and even long time McLaughlin freinds like Sandy Colvin Roy are 
staying silent.

For a long time insider who counts on these big-time endorsments, he seems 
to be in trouble, and even though R.T. has not announced, he seems to 
clearly have the momentum right now...
