[Mpls] Cedar Square West

I probably have enough problems without trying to write the history of  Cedar 
Riverside, the topic of at least one doctoral thesis and potentially the  
subject of many interesting novels. But I can't just let this one  slide........
 
Concerning the award for devastating architecture, the American Institute  of 
Architects gave an award to Cedar Square West.

"The jurors critiqued the ten submissions based on  digital images and 
information assembled in a binder from the  architect/architectural firm. They were 
not allowed to visit the project  sites."
