[Mpls] Begging for Money?

Heller gently reminds:  When begging for money from the Legislature, success
is more likely with a little sweet talk.  It's not nice to bite the hand that feeds you.
 
Jim responds:  I, as a taxpayer, feed the legislature, not the other way around.  Since the GOP has taken over, it has taken my money and swallowed it for its purposes rather than for my purposes.  Maybe I should stop giving it as much so I have some to give those willing to spend for my purposes.  I think there are ways that could be managed.  Anyway, the legislature has been merrily biting my hand, even though it is a hand that feeds it.
