Yes, MnNOW did dual (not duel) endorsements.  Both candidates were rated 
"A" by MnNOW, and the  organization specifically states that this rating 
allows a candidate to say they were "endorsed" by MnNOW and use their name 
in campaigning.  (MnNOW 'rates' candidates for how well they follow the 
organizations' principals; they do not do endorsement contests pitting them 
against each other.)
