[Mpls] Women on the Board of E&T

Keeping the current obscure name is probably the best way of keeping the assorted mixed nuts one sees on local cable access television from running for the Board.

And, for accuracy's sake, while Jo Matson was the first elected at-large member of the Board of Estimate and Taxation and ,god willing, Carol Becker and Jill Schwimmer will be forever tied as its second female at-large member, let's not forget that there have almost certainly been several other women who have served on the Board. While the public elects two at-large members of the Board, the other elected city bodies (council, school board, library board, park board) appoint representatives to serve on the Board of E & T. And its very likely that some of them have been women. I'd verify that fact, but, honestly, the subject of the Board makes my eyes glaze over and I need to be sharp here at work.
