A smoker visiting from D.C. could have a similar complaint
about Minneapolis. Is it really that hard to call ahead and 
find out if a bar or restaurant has a non-smoking section and 
then choose accordingly?  BTW, if you think D.C. is bad you
should try traveling in Europe.
