Then no doubt the superintendent or his staff can give information
on the number of such permits issued in the last few years, right?
I have been Treasurer of the Minneapolis DFL Party for the last 6 years,
and I know that we have not paid for any such permits in that time. Yet we
have held many political debates, meetings, rallys, etc in our public parks.
