Last night I was at the Ice Cream Social at Victory Park. Peter McLauglin was there campaigning and had stickers and Rep. Joe Mullery was there handing out his surveys (which have his picture
on them). At the same time, Jon Olson and a lot of park staff were there and didn't stop them. Did Peter and Joe have to get permits? Just wondering??
