[Mpls] Campaigning in the Parks

This is great news and kudos to Jason Stone for raising a ruckus and to 
all the posters on this list who continued the fight!  Also thanks to 
the Southwest Journal, Doug Growe at the Star Tribune, and City Pages 
for raising this issue in hardcopy.  Free speech saved free speech!

Commissioner Young, the press release did not mention the permit  for 
circulating petitions in our parks.  Will the MPRB also cancel the 
permit requirement on petitions?  I look forward to hearing similar good 
news on the petition issue.
