[Mpls] Campaigning in the Parks

It really is unforunate that common sense does not prevail in the first 
place. Of course, we all know this had nothing to do about policy,
it was about selective harrassment. Golly gee...this has the approval of 
legal counsel...when you are sitting across
from a man- eating tiger called Freedom of Speech, watched over by the 
ACLU...you better know how to say
pretty kitty, pretty kitty instead of hitting the darn thing across the nose 
with a bat. The MBP's legal counsel should have been
the first to speak out on the legalities of this situation along with a 
statement of the policy.

Now common sense would say that an apology should be extended for the sad 
mishandling of resources, time, and to Mr. Stone.
