[Mpls] Colvin Roy's Dancing versus Constituent Service

Gee, I recently have sent Colvin Roy two emails a week or so apart asking
for information on a project with which I am involved and I have yet to
receive an answer.  I guess she has been too busy practicing her dancing to
worry about her constituents.
