[Mpls] In Response to Wizard Marks

"It's too bad Ms. Marks' decision about candidates are based not on the 

issues and experience of the candidates, but rather what term a campaign 

volunteer used while chatting with her. I am the person to whom she 

referred when complaining about someone calling her "dear". Where I come 

from, "dear" is a conversational term of kindness and respect. If Ms. Marks 

felt my verbiage was too familiar in nature or inappropriate, I certainly 

apologize. I was just trying to be nice. I hope Ms. Marks' will not use a 

broad brush (or her cane) to taint an entire campaign over a campaign 

volunteer calling her "dear". Dennis Tifft has a great deal to offer the 

citizens of Ward 8. I ask that she look beyond my attempt to be friendly 

and examine what really matters, Dennis's stand on the issues at:
