[Mpls] Another 5th Ward Candidate

I heard this through the Grapevine from an offlist correspondant who is 
active in the DFL.  Anyone know more about this 5th ward candidate?

"I hear there is a new candidate getting into the fifth
ward race -- that ought to make things even more
interesting -- I do not know her, but I hear that her
name is Carol Batsell Benner and that she has done
a lot of things over the years (chair of the board of
the Minneapolis Urban League; member of the U of M
regents candidate advisory council; hennepin county
public defender's office; minnesota advocates for
human rights; mpls public housing authority board)"

Since I live in the 5th Ward - I'm interested in confirming this.
