[Mpls] A Minneapolis newspaper???

Barb is correct in noting that the Star Tribune has been looking 
outside of the city to the suburbs, where its greatest circulation 
growth exists, for many years now. But I would humbly propose that 
the newspaper Barb is waiting for already exists. It's called The 
Minneapolis Observer.
