[Mpls] Ward 2 Rules Committee Meeting

I would just like to take a moment to say thank you to all my 
fellow Ward 2 Rules Committee members for your hard work and patience in
the 
rules process.   
 
We had a lot of debate at our first Rules Committee meeting, but this 
morning's meeting came to a swift and civil consensus for convention
rules.  I
believe today's outcome will pave the way for a smooth, efficient 
endorsement process fair to all of our candidates, and is respectful of
the 
time each of us will be spending at the convention.  I look forward to
seeing 
everyone at the Ward Convention on April 9th!
