For comparison, I've included the Downtown Energy Center at 8th Street 
and 3rd Avenue (nearer the Dome) and the University of Minnesota 
Minneapolis campus (where that football stadium may go).

Here are the "criteria" pollutants, annual emissions, and state rank 
among all facilities reporting point source pollution to the MPCA. 
Note: the Garbage Burner and Downtown Energy Center data is for 2003, 
the U from 1997.
