I'm afraid each will have to make the "sound investment" call for herself or
himself; this is plainly a subsidy, but there are some countervailing,
diffuse financial effects that are hard to nail down - on top of the psychic
rewards (or pain) each individual has a valid opinion about.

My current goal - by participating in this forum, and in Skyway News - is to
provide quality information citizens can use to inform their own
conclusions.

So far, I've seen erroneous factual claims, so I'm trying to publicize
objective data where it exists. That data may upset partisans of one stripe
or another, but to me, it's letting the chips fall.

As for my journalistic integrity, I'll let others judge by my body of work.
This does seem more of a personal attack than a debate on the merits, but
this issue inspires that sort of thing.
