[Mpls] 8th Ward statistics

I just realized this morning, thanks to a questioning call from Marie Hauser, that the stats I posted yesterday for the 8th Ward are outdated.  They reflect the old 8th, before redistricting, since that hadn't occured yet when we did the analysis.  Marie points out that current ward's numbers are on the city site at: http://www.ci.minneapolis.mn.us/redistricting/20020430planstats.asp
