[Mpls] Level III sex offender #s

I think it was Charles Barkley a few years ago who said he was 
misquoted in his autobiography...ell, I managed to misquote my own 
headline!

The SWJ story on sex offenders noted that six Level IIIs live in 
SOUTHWEST. In my forward to the list, I mistakenly typed Minneapolis.

There are about 50 Level III sex offenders in Minneapolis, most on the 
North Side, where concentration is a major issue. Southwest, like most 
of the rest of the state, has no such problem.
