After 3 mayoral ballots, its Peter at 50%, RT at 46.4%, and no endorsement at 3.5%. It's 5:52 PM. 

I was off on the cheer-o-meter ...

Wait this just in for the fourth ballot, 52% for Peter and 45.4% for RT. No endorsement at 2.7%.

After five ballots, a motion for no endorsement can come from the floor. If RT forces hold on this ballot, the odds of 50% plus one saying no endorsement are pretty high in a few more rounds. Most delegates are sticking around. A quorum call is a long way off.
