[Mpls] DFL State Meeting - votes

For some reason, there seems to be some controversy about the vote counts 
from the DFL state meeting in St. Cloud.  So here they are:

State Party Chair:
	1st ballot:
		Betty Folliard	90 votes	19.4%
		Brian Melendez	182.5 votes	39.4%
		Josh Syrjamaki 	190.5 votes	41.1%
	2nd ballot:
		Brian Melendez	246.5 votes	52.3%
		Josh Syrjamaki 	224.5 votes	47.7%

State Party Associate Chair:
	1st ballot:
		Betty Folliard	117 votes	29.4%
		Donna Cassutt	282 votes	70.6%

Note that both of these state party officers reside in Minneapolis, and 
have been active in Minneapolis City politics.
