[Mpls] 5th ward boundaries (response to Michelle Hill)

After reading Michelle Hill's last posting, I thought I'd offer some clarification. 
 
Cleveland Neighborhood( where Michelle posts as her neighborhood) is not in the current or the new 5th ward, so Michelle does not  have to vote between Samuels or Johnson-Lee.  
 
Michelle references 'the other three' assuming that means the three people that have been posting about Samuels and Hodges, include myself, Jonathan Palmer and Dennis Plante.  Neither Palmer nor Plante live in the current or new 5th ward so they don't have to vote between Samuels or Johnson-Lee.   I live in Jordan, which is part of the newly districted 5th ward.
