[Mpls] 5th ward boundaries (response to Michelle Hill)

Since I only sent my plans to two other people on this forum, I will tell 
all. I am in the middle of purchasing a house in the Jordan neighborhood, which 
will give me a vote by election time. However, I may just stay where I am, 
until after elections where I have a great council person.

Believe whichever I choose, I will vote my conscience, based on what Samuels 
and Johnson-Lee has to say and have done, and nothing else. 

I have already started researching these two people. I will say that I am a 
little leery since everyone on the forum seems to be making such a big deal 
about me and my opinions. And I say that with a smile on my face. I respect all 
opinions and besides that, I'm too old to care and to inquisitive to be quiet.
