[Mpls] 2nd suit against smoking ban filed

Business owners are pragmatic people by nature. If the smoking ban were good
for business, they would be inclined to support it.

You should have been enjoying smoke-free air at one of the 50 or so bars in
the city that were voluntarily smoke free before the ban. I wonder if any of
them have seen a loss of revenue now that their niche has been removed.

Your prior statement suggests that the smoking ban is not hurting business
in the first place. To what would you ascribe the motives of bar owners
fudging their sales figures?
