[Mpls] Hooters to Block E?

Looks like a Hooters will open in February according to today's  Star 
Tribune. It will be interesting to see if this "suburban chain restaurant"  will make 
a go of it downtown when others have failed. Will the guys flock to  this 
establishment even if they can't smoke? Here is the link:
