Niel, thank you so much for this opportunity to let people know something about Peter McLaughlin they may not have known before. This is such a great lead-in I have to wonder if you are now supporting him.
 
County Commissioner salary raises exactly track staff salary raises. This year they all got zero percent.
 
Every year, Peter McLaughlin donates a portion of his salary - more than 5% of his gross income - to hire interns. He also donates a ridiculously high percentage of his salary to charity and of course to support other good political candidates.
