Election day for our next 5th Ward City Council representative is Tuesday 
Nov. 8th; NEXT WEEK!

Council Member Natalie Johnson-Lee is facing Council Member Don Samuels to 
represent most all of the Near Northside; from Glenwood Ave. to Lowry. 

It is vital to your interests that you act now to support the Reelection of 
Natalie Johnson-Lee. 

Here is why you need to help defeat Don Samuels:

He has demonstrated a lack of understanding and compassion for the 
neighborhood stakeholders called "Landlord". In fact he has demonstrated open hostility, 
and menace, to us time and time again. His failure to bring us to the table 
for open and honest discourse has actually been a selfish and demagogic play to 
garner support from other neighborhood folks for his craven self interests. 
And it has hurt the neighborhoods by ignoring and maligning one large group of 
stakeholders; rental property owners.

Just one example of his hateful, hostile acts toward landlords is what he 
touts as "Doomsday". I have not attended "Doomsday" but it involves bringing some 
landlords to his office once a year and threatening them. It is certainly not 
a team or consensus building activity. Otherwise, for most of his three years 
in office; he has ignored us and defamed us as a group that creates the 
problems in the neighborhoods. Again this is deadly to us and causes the 
neighborhoods to suffer from lack of outreach and team spirit.

I know times are tough, I have been here on the Northside for 24 years in 
business and I have seen other HATERS such as Jackie Cherryhomes and Joe Biernat 
do dirty while they held power. And I have fought them. Jackie has held 
fundraisers for Don Samuels so I think you will agree that we must raise some funds 
for a more moderate Natalie Johnson-Lee. And we must do it now. 

Believe me: $300 is a small price for each of us to pay to defeat this man 
and help elect a really fair representative for all stakeholders: You need to 
support Natalie Johnson-Lee.

If you do not help NOW and Natalie is defeated you will have much sorrow and 
further agony under the yoke of Don Samuels.

and defeat the landlord hater Samuels; it is good for business and the 
neighborhood".

Landlords must stick together or they will hang separately.
