[Mpls] Apathy wins the 2005 election

Let's vote with our dollars. It is the language that most of us 
understand. Pledge money to KFAI. Reward good behavior. Patronize the 
businesses that advertise in the Observer, SW Journal, 
Spokesman-Recorder, etc.
