[Mpls] People for Independent Parks

I was there at an Above the Falls Citizen Advisory Committee  meeting when 
there was a discussion of RR land that should have been  parkland being sold to 
a private developer.  Councilmember Johnson  chastized the Park Board and 
called for reform in how the Park Board  communicates with the city about land 
acquistion opportunities.
After reading  her quotes about Park reform being evil. I wonder if there is 
a little evil in  us all?
