Chris is right the overhead costs are a factor however the action  
that the council took does nothing to address the overhead.  There is  
no plan to reduce any costs other than eliminating these ten position  
so the only savings is their salary which, I don't know what the  
exact figure, is but is nowhere near $110,000 per employee.
