I don't know about crime where you all live, but in my little part of North Minneapolis crime is way up! I had my canoe stolen Aug. 20th, my boat stolen Aug. 22nd and when I came home this afternoon from tending to family grave sites up near Little Falls, my home had been broken into. i've lived in this house for 26 years without any major problems until recently. And I might add,
that as best as I can tell, my only "risky behavior" is being a resident of North Minneapolis. I'm not a big fan of R.T or Peter at this point, but I am pretty fed up with being the victim of crime that some folks refuse to see.

According to the news report, the FBI claims that crime in Minneapolis is only up by 5%, not the 44% that the Peter McLaughlin campaign claims. Also according to the same news report, crime has increased at a higher rate (12%) in "tough on crime" Mayor Randy Kelly's St. Paul.
