Even more relevant, isn't that a violation of the Mann-Elkins Act 
(the transportation of women from one state to another for immoral purposes)?

As a Federal statute, violations are investigated by the FBI & 
charged by the Federal Attorney.  But maybe they're too busy 
investigating Dean Zimmerman to look into this.
