[Mpls] A Hope for Diversity in the Minneapolis Police Department

While the jury may still be out on Diversity in the Minneapolis Police 
Department, in the hiring stage, I did hear some good News yesterday. The top 4 
people on the new Lieutenants lists are: #1-A Black Female, #2-A White female, 
#3-A Black male, and #4-A White Female. What a sight that will be at the 
pomotional ceremony. I hope #5 is a White male, to cover all groups. Does anyone know 
when this group will be promoted?
