I have a sense of humor, it just doesn't usually
apply to my property taxes, or police and fire fighter
response times. Municipal debt is just not that
funny, neither are failing retirement funds, or
crime victims, etc.

Of course, I do like babies and razor blade jokes,
not to mention racial and religious humor. ;-)   
I also know some great Dean Zimmermann jokes.  Did you
ever hear the one about the traveling FBI agent?
Am I funny enough yet?

If Ms. Hakeem has something to say to us, I think
she should say it.
