I haven't missed the point. It happens to be a
continual pain in my aspirations for a just
society. Majority rule is not absolute, it is
balanced by the inalienable rights of individuals.
What can be more inalienable than my right to
do something that has no impact on you, unless
you voluntarily choose to have it do so? If you
claim that the Laws of the Land failed to acknowledge
this Right, then I say they are compromised and
in need of revision.
