[Mpls] Solar Sound Barriers. Great Idea for Mpls

The web site below has great pictures of what's already being done  in Europe 
and Scandinavia with solar panels. America is so behind the times.  Billions 
of dollars continue to flow out of our city and state when we use the  deadly 
and cancerous fossil and nuclear fuels. Megatons of greenhouse gasses are  
produced when we use fossil fuels and when we use nuclear reactors the heat goes  
directly into the atmosphere. The cores of the 116 nuclear power plants on 
our  continent produce temperatures as hot as the surface of the sun, all of 
which  goes into our atmosphere. 
 
Expect not only more frequent super storms, expect them to be  increasing in 
intensity.
