In Minneapolis natural gas prices might go up 71%. That's according  to a 
story in todays AOL quoting  _USATODAY.com  - Natural gas prices may leap 71%, 
oil, electricity less_

Its partly due to the hurricane.  Its time for serious  conservation policy 
in Minneapolis because the state and federal government are  doing exactly 
nothing. Its time to super insulate.
