just what is the MPD going to monitor, the Army?

Our City is so safe apparently we can spare some 21 police officers (and 10
squads) to arrive three weeks after the fact down in New Orleans to help the
approximate 30,000 guard troops, Army, and other enforcement officials many
of whom have fully automatic weapons/military vehicles.
