I highly recommend this article as well, but not for the
same reason.  I think that it calls into question
Councilmember Zimmerman's judgment, if nothing else.
Sorry, but I think that it is blatantly foolish for
a councilmember to be accepting envelopes of cash from
constituents.  This isn't the 1800s.  Even if such an 
action isn't illegal I'd personally feel downright 
uncomfortable doing it, regardless if there was no room 
for misinterpretation.  Why not just ask them to put a stamp 
on it and send it in to your campaign?
