[Mpls] "Teenager pleads guilty to..." Trib, 9-22

I heard a few other things about this boy. His public defender did not have all of the information pertinent to the case, like the police evidence, before pressuring him to take a plea. I also heard he was classified as an adult and pled guilty with a deal of 27-40 years, more than his adult accomplices, and signed a confession he could not even read when his mother was not in the room. The case was resolved with lightening speed. A special cetegory of justice.
