[Mpls] Arts Advocay in Minneapolis

A percentage of new development is always tied into art. A percentage of new
development should also be tied into libraries in order to enrich the lives
of residents by learning as Samantha Smart for Libraries is advocating for.

Whatever we do....please don't spend 1% on another salary for a City Art
Czar  when you have extremely talented artists who could ban together
and come up with a plan without being on a payroll. Put that money into
the community. Let the Arts Board and community artists work on a plan
together.

Surely, Art Space will look at any fair and low cost housing of artists...
usually, artists find  space for themselves and the next thing you know...
something wonderful has been created. The wheel has been created!
