Agreed Dorie, many artists are always willing to help. if not donate their 
time. Its sad to see working class artistic folk priced out of a 
neighborhood ( a fear in NE and a reality in the Ware . Dist. with the 
exception of Scott Seekins.) Artists add incredible vitality to a 
neighborhood but they also add value, with dire consequences.  I support 
more arts involvement, but not more bureaucratic spending on an arts czar, 
get out and use the people we have.
