While the information is not complete CMH is listed in the new Medicare
procedures prices being posted on http://www.cms.hhs.gov/healthcareconinit/

This is the government's first step in an effort to publish price and
quality information for the benefit of consumers.  While the information has
lots to be desired in terms of usefulness it is good to see some progress,
even as small as it is, to enable us consumers to take responsibility for
who we purchase from and what we will pay.
