Cherisa, I think Beth Moe who is a good resource for non-profits answered most
of my questions.  I do not understand all the defensiveness on this site when a
person asks questions and for clarifications.  I have no idea if people track
how their tax dollars are spent.  I for one, do like to take an active part on
how my tax dollars are spent and prefer to have them spent wisely, as a good
investment and with the intentions that better the majority vs the minority.
Living in the U S allows me to voice my concerns over spending of taxes. I
thought this forum was the opportunity to do that without being attacked. 
Lately, the discussion has been about tax dollars State and City going toward
Shakespeare.  Some of us agree with it, some of us do not.  If you have a
resource person who can tell me the financial benefit Shakespeare has brought
to the community and me as a taxpayer, please direct me to that person, I have
some questions for them as well.  Janice Turek
