The matching requirement was taken out in the Senate.

52.7    Subd. 6.Redevelopment Account                          9,000,000
52.8    For purposes of the redevelopment account 
52.9    under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.571.
52.10   $800,000 is for a grant to the city of 
52.11   Worthington to remediate contaminated 
52.12   soil and redevelop the site of the former 
52.13   Campbell Soup factory.
52.14   $250,000 is for a grant to the city of 
52.15   Winona to predesign facilities for the 
52.16   Shakespeare Festival as part of the riverfront 
52.17   redevelopment plan. This grant is exempt 
52.18   from the requirements of Minnesota Statutes, 
52.19   sections 116J.572 to 116J.575.
