[Winona] Leave Max Conrad airfield be.

My opinion is that Max Conrad airport is a part of Winona's history/heritage, we should leave it be(as opposed to those dumps that Merchants is razing for us) If you really want to stir some voters up in a negative way try dismantling that place. It wont be happening anytime soon. As far as it being a more valuable use for an industrial development? I disagree, go spend a few hours fishing out there and watch how many planes come and go, private or commercial, it doesnt matter, the field gets plenty of use.
   I am curious why there isnt more commercial/industrial development up on the ridge, next to the interstate.
