Given the choice Wal-Mart could improve service and reduce the cost of
Healthcare faster than any government or insurance program.  With a store
within 15 miles of 90 percent of the U.S. population they could do it.
Consumers would win and service and quality would improve if the big box
took on the insurance monopoly.
